LMS Changes Go Into Effect

A few small, but important updates to the County’s Learning Management System (LMS) will affect employees starting Tuesday. Please note the following changes:

  • Next time you go to access LMS, you’ll need to navigate to it through InSite. There, you will find LMS’ new URL address. Just go to InSite’s homepage, then to the “Top Links” section on the left side. Once there, click on the link for LMS. Remember, you will need to update any favorite tabs or bookmarks you’ve set up for LMS!  
  • You will also have a new way to log in to the LMS. The first time you access LMS since the changes take effect, you’ll need to log in. Directions are available in this instruction sheet on the LMS Support Site.
  • If you need any other assistance with LMS, visit the LMS Support Site. If you aren’t able to find an answer through a video or instruction sheet, open a ticket by clicking on the link on the bottom right for your group and sending an email. Instructions on how to open a ticket are also available through this instruction sheet on the LMS Support Site.
